Most facilities are located next to a park or playground, making them a great option for an all-day outing!

World War II Memorial Beach

Marlborough’s World War II Memorial Beach spans 13 acres and is located on the east side of the city, off of Hosmer Street. The beach, which is open for swimming daily from June to September, is supervised by lifeguards on duty and features both sandy and grassy areas with large trees for shade. Changing rooms, rinse showers, restrooms, picnic benches, BBQ areas, playground, basketball court and parking is available on site.

The wading pools in the city are open daily from the end of June to the end of August and are supervised by lifeguards on duty. The large, gently sloped pools feature a misty dome-shaped fountain for play. These large shallow pools are great for non-swimmers and new swimmers, with a maximum depth of around 2 ½ feet. There are bathroom and changing facilities available on site.

The two splash pads in the city are a great way to cool down quick and have some fun in the sun. They are conveniently located near playgrounds, walking trails and fields. The splash pads are open daily from early June to early September.

Hixson Boat Launch

The perfect place to set sail on your boat, kayak or canoe to explore Fort Meadow Reservoir. Hixson Boat Launch is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is available for use by Marlborough and Hudson residents only. The boat ramp can be used by all types of trailers. Operating hours vary throughout the season.
