Walter Dwyer, CEO at Main Street Bank, and the events Presenting Sponsor said “We are proud to support the United Way of Tri-County and their vital programs that address hunger, literacy, and mental health in our region. As a community bank, we believe in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors. We thank all the participants and sponsors for their generosity and enthusiasm. See you at the finish line!”

Funds raised will support the United Way of Tri-County’s three food pantries, two hot meal sites, early literacy, and mental health/suicide prevention programs that have impacted more than 657,000 individuals and families across the MetroWest/495 corridor in 2023. Families had a place to turn for groceries and hot meals, kids received hundreds of books and literacy kits to promote reading readiness, and residents across the state have continued access to highly trained call-takers to support them as they navigate through stressful life events.
