Charcuterie 102 Class

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION
This hands-on class will be an engaging & educational experience. We’ll go over various meat & cheese parings, sweet & salty compliments, servings sizes, design ideas and some human psyche when it comes to what people will go for first… to what might be left over.

Limited to 20 students.

Parking available on site.

Each participant will receive a small board, knife, and ramekin to keep. You’ll have a selection of meats, cheeses, various accompanying items, crackers and bread to practice with and create your own board to take home. Plastic wrap will be provided to wrap board and practice plate after class.

ONE FLIGHT PAIRING OF EITHER SELTZER OR BEER INCLUDED!

You do not need to bring anything to class. Please wear flat, closed toed shoes and long hair will need to be tied back as per board of health regulations.

Note: Board and menu selections may differ from images based on availability at time of class.

Students will be emailed a User Agreement to sign and return prior to class.
