Charcuterie 101.1 Class

$65This hands on class will be an educational and engaging experience. We’ll go over various meat and cheese pairings, sweet and salty compliments, serving size, design ideas, and some human psyche as to what people will go to first… to what might be left over.
Each participant will receive a small board, knife, and ramekin to keep. You’ll have a selection of meats, cheeses, various accompanying items, crackers and bread to practice with and create your own board to take home. Plastic wrap will be provided to wrap board and practice plate after class.
