Join the City of Marlborough for the 2019 Trick or Treat & Horribles Parade on Main Street. Sponsored by Mayor Vigeant’s office and hosted by the Main Street neighbors. The parade will be led by the Marlborough Middle School Band starting at the Old Fire Station.
