DESCRIPTION:PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION\nThis hands-on class will be an engaging & educational experience. We’ll go over various meat & cheese parings\, sweet & salty compliments\, servings sizes\, design ideas and some human psyche when it comes to what people will go for first… to what might be left over. \nLimited to 20 students. \nParking available on site. \nEach participant will receive a small board\, knife\, and ramekin to keep. You’ll have a selection of meats\, cheeses\, various accompanying items\, crackers and bread to practice with and create your own board to take home. Plastic wrap will be provided to wrap board and practice plate after class. \nONE FLIGHT PAIRING OF EITHER SELTZER OR BEER INCLUDED! \nYou do not need to bring anything to class. Please wear flat\, closed toed shoes and long hair will need to be tied back as per board of health regulations. \nNote: Board and menu selections may differ from images based on availability at time of class. \nStudents will be emailed a User Agreement to sign and return prior to class. \nPlease let us know if you have any allergies. \nNo refunds given within 48 hrs of class.
