DESCRIPTION:Grab a friend and come to the barre (before the bar opens)! \nJoin us for a 60-minute\, all-levels barre class led by Barre Above instructor Kathy Hirsh. Put on your favorite workout outfit\, barre socks or sneakers and bring your own yoga mat. \nThis is the perfect time to try barre for the first time! Modifications will be given by the instructor for beginners and advanced students. Class takes place from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to get ready. Enjoy a refreshing craft beer or seltzer courtesy of Tackle Box Brewing Co. when the taproom opens at noon. Admission includes 1 drink ticket to be used for a pour in the taproom. \nCome with friends and hang around for a bit to enjoy your Saturday afternoon. \nPlease note the following: Attendees under the age of 21 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also registered for class. Parents/guardians who are accompanying an under-21 student are responsible for the drink ticket included with their admission cost. \nBecause there is limited space at the venue\, you must notify me at least 24-hours in advance if you cannot attend to guarantee a refund. Within 24 hours\, I will issue a refund only if we are able to fill your spot.
